A transformative initiative designed to empower and support New American, immigrant, and BIPOC individuals in the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector.

This community-led program aims to address the unique challenges faced by family childcare providers within these communities and build a strong network of providers and leaders. The cohort is focused on co-creating childcare options that not only address barriers to entering the field, but also expand the supply of high-quality, accessible, and culturally appropriate care.

Our Community Service Tutor (CST) program serves as an educational support cornerstone, offering invaluable assistance in navigating virtual learning platforms, homework, subject matter support, and mentorship.
