Priorities & Programs

MCAC’s direct community support is organized into five priority areas:

Our Framework in Action

The framework is activated through a community-driven process:

  • Community members' solutions emerge from the monthly town hall and program work.

  • The Advisory Board informs how to operationalize the strategic direction, ensuring it is rooted in impacted communities’ solutions.

  • Decision-making in the large town hall group is typically by majority vote, while sub-groups use a consensus-based model.
